The Official New York City Marathon
video is an exciting show about the entire weekend. It
features the average runner, and covers all the events
surrounding the Marathon, including, of course, the entire race
day.
You are the star of the video! It
includes footage of you at 2 places on the course, finishing the
race, and a slow motion finish (VHS only). We have
produced over 60,000 videos of runners over 12 years, and many
runners order a new one every year! It is a very emotional
keepsake, sure to bring back memories for many years. Order

Q. My proof looks light (or dark). Will you correct it?
Yes! we will correct it in the final prints. Also, the online proofs are low resolution previews.
Our final prints are high quality, fully corrected, and printed on premium photographic paper.
Q. Can a package be split
between several proofs?
A. No, each photo in a package must be from the same proof.
Q. Can my photo be cropped?
A. Yes! We automatically crop about 20% off the long dimension of photos 8x10
and larger. This cleans up much of the foreground clutter. 5x7 and smaller do not crop.
Q. When will my
photos arrive?
A. Usually in 2 to 3 weeks. Please allow 4 weeks before contacting us, due to mail
delays, etc.
Q. I live outside the USA.
How can I pay?
A. You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. You MUST give us the Expiry
(expiration) date, or the bank will not accept the charge. You can also pay with an International
money order in US dollars, or a check drawn on an American bank.
Q. How Many runners can be on my video?
A. Yourself, and a maximum of 1 other, for a total of 2 runners.
Q. Are the photo sizes in inches or centimeters?
A. Inches. Here are the conversions:
5x7 = 13x18 cm
8x10 = 20x25 cm
10x14 = 25x36 cm
20x30 = 50x76 cm
30x40 = 76x100 cm

If your order online at www.runphotos.com,
please do not duplicate your order by sending in the pink order form.
Mark your credit card numbers clearly, and be sure to include your expiration date.
If you fax your order, copy the card onto white paper first. It is easier for us to read.
